Roland Jadryev, CIPS, CRS

My marketing skills and enthusiasm for architecture are applied to properties ranging in design styles from the very Traditional to leading-edge Contemporary. I am passionate about my commitment to helping my clients acquire or sell property at prices they can afford. When representing Buyers, I apply these same marketing skills in presenting The Client and The Offer.

The art of negotiation is a critical skill I developed as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a company that more than tripled in size during the time I held that position. With this ability, I bring a strong background of education and experience to my current successful real estate practice. In Chicago, I studied at the University of Illinois, Department of Urban Planning and Chicago Architecture Foundation which included training at the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio.

As a docent and Education Committee member with the Foundation for San Francisco's Architectural Heritage at the Haas-Lilienthal House, I helped teach the rich legacy of the Bay Area. I enjoy representing all styles and periods of architecture, and am the only Realtor in this City that has been trained by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in the marketing and selling of historic homes.

The Istituto Italiano Cultura, where I studied Italian for four years, bestowed a lifetime honorary membership to me. For the past three and a half years, I've been studying French at the Alliance Française.

Certified International Property Specialist
My interest in foreign language studies led to expanding my real estate expertise to a more global context. While primarily a local San Francisco Realtor® with regional knowledge and skills, I have earned the designation as a Certified International Property Specialist, thereby joining a distinguished society comprised of only 1400 real estate professionals worldwide.
